Governance Draft Report Issued

Today the Ad-hoc Governance Team issued its Draft Report, a compilation of recommendations for the development of CSCPF governance structures and processes. The report has been distributed to all members via email, but is also available here. There are three virtual town hall meetings scheduled in February to facilitate discussion by members. If you are a member, please register for one, and come with questions, comments, and suggestions. The publication of this report begins a process that will continue for several months. Watch this space for more news.

Hello, here are the edits from the east bay community meeting last night. We reviewed up to page 8.
On page 2 under transitional governance recommendation 3rd sentence change "others matters" to other matter.
Page 3- change "Individual voting will be the primary form".In the same paragraph second line add electing of the Fiduciary council. Page 5- editoral comment if the number is less that 10, then you need to spell out the number for example "three representing not 3 etc. Double spacing found throughout the first 5 pages. Thanks
