Pacific Institute for Essential Conversations (PIEC) offers accredited programs in both traditional and contemplative-based Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Our faculty, composed of Interfaith CPE Supervisors, is uniquely qualified to prepare individuals for professional chaplaincy and pastoral care. PIEC graduates are employed in a variety of pastoral settings including acute hospitals, hospices, prisons and senior communities. We also offer specialized CPE for Eco-chaplaincy and Restorative Justice ministries.

The University Of Theology and Spirituality is the product of several years of collaboration and research, which examined the trends in faith formation. The future of spiritual training and spiritual care are changing at a rapid pace. As times change, we as spiritual leaders must be willing to change to accommodate the needs of a changing population.
Dr. Maria Theresita Escandor, Chairman & Founder
Vanderpol Center for Leadership and Pastoral Formation is a community of individuals who believe that in order to transform societies and communities, we empower the people. We believe that we empower people by listening to them and by journeying with them through the recovery of their souls. We believe in dialogue, not just in information exchange. We believe in embracing interculturality and not just multi-culturality or cross-culturality. We believe that transformation of organisations and communities begin with self-awareness and authentic relationships.
