2018 Spring Leadership Gathering
For Fiduciary Council Members, Program Council/
Functional Team Leads, Practitioner Community Liaisons/Representatives

It’s time once again to reconnect, regroup
and revitalize our vision for CSCPF.
All members of the Fiduciary Council, Program Council/Functional Area Team Leads, and Practitioner Community Liaisons (or their appointed representatives) are invited to participate.
Practitioner Community Liaisons, and the Practitioner Communities they represent, are by virtue of our grassroots structure the true 'leaders' of our organization.
The function of the Leadership (Fiduciary Council + Program Council) as we know it is really in essence to support the Practitioner Communities. As a means to widen the circle of CSCPF leadership, we are asking PCLs to fully participate in Leadership activities of CSCPF at the Program Council Level.
If you aren't able to attend certain meetings/functions etc. you are empowered to send a member of your Practitioner Community to represent your community. Ideally we should always have each Practitioner Community represented.
For those unable to attend in person, you may attend via Zoom meetings.

Only a few minutes away from San Francisco airport, Mercy Center is a true refuge in the midst of a crowded and busy Bay Area. We hope to utilize this space for spiritual refreshment as well as strategic work for our organization.

Location: Mercy Center http://www.mercy-center.org/ is a spacious retreat center with a beautiful labyrinth on the grounds.
Accommodations: Single occupancy rooms with single-gender dormitory-style bathroom facilities.
Rates: There is no Conference fee for this Leadership Gathering. You pay only for your room and transportation
While this is a time to spend quality time with colleagues, we will offer commuter rates for those not requiring sleeping accommodations. Please see the Registration Form for options.
Overnight Rate: $164 per person per nite, includes private bedroom + 3 meals
Commuter Rate: $80 per person per day, includes Monday lunch only
Additional Meals for Commuters: $23.00 per person per dinner, $12.00 per person per breakfast.
Meals: Meals are included with the room rate. The spacious, sun-filled dining room serves seasonally fresh, locally grown, nutritious and delicious meals. There are also small kitchenettes equipped with microwave ovens and small refrigerators on each residence floor available for your use, if you require special food preparation.
How to Get There: Mercy Center is in a quiet residential location, only 10 minutes from San Francisco International Airport; 5 minutes from BART/CalTrain station; accessible via Hwy 280 and 101. (see map + instructions below)
