Join us for our annual Fall Gathering in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our theme for the Gathering is "Compassion Renewal". In addition to being a working conference, we are offering an opportunity for you to Renew Your Compassion beginning with self-care. Our Community members do so much compassionate giving and we want to invite you to be compassionately given to for a few days. Your $99 Registration fee includes:

• Presentations on Self-Care and Compassion Renewal
• Community Spiritual Practices
• Relaxation and Reflection time
  
• Review of current activities in our CSCPF Community
• Updates from Certification, Accreditation, Standards, Communications and other CSCPF Teams
• Small groups to offer peer review and support/consultation

Regarding Lodging and Meals
Your Lodging at the Franciscan Renewal Center includes three (3) meals a day. Single, double, triple and quad occupancy rooms are available. Please identify your roommate(s) prior to registering if you want a multiple occupancy room. You can find roommates first on the Ride Share/Room Share Forum. Or if you don't have someone to room with, we can select a roommate for you.

If you plan on staying off-location, you have the option of choosing some or all of the meals throughout the retreat.

• Your lodging and meals cost is in addition to your $99 Registration fee
• ALL rooms have 2 queen beds for either a single ($136), double (couples included at $99/person), triples ($80) or quadruples ($65)
• ALL rates are per person, per day

• Refrigeration space in the meeting room 
  
• No alcohol in the dining room, but it is allowed elsewhere on the campus

Transportation
VIP Taxi is the best way to travel from the airport to the Franciscan Renewal Center. It is suggested that you place an order for round-trip transportation on their website at www.viptaxi.com/airport, at least 24 hours before you fly. The flat rate is $40 round-trip ($20 each way), and you can split that rate between up to six (6) people. One person of a group that is arriving at the same time will need to make the reservations for the group. Please let VIP Taxi know how many people will be in your group so that they will know what size vehicle they will need.
